Alexandra's Archive ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website alexandrasarchive.com (the "Site") and its associated application and enquiry forms, including those run through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Lead Ads. If you engage us as a client, we also collect the information necessary to deliver services and manage the relationship (project details, invoicing and payment information) through our client management platform, Dubsado, including via an intake form embedded directly on our Site. Dubsado's own privacy policy governs how it processes that data on our behalf.

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information through Google Analytics and similar tools, including:

1.5 Purchasing Templates Through Our Site

When you purchase a website template through our Site, checkout is processed through an embedded Shopify cart. Shopify collects and processes your payment information directly; we do not receive or store your full card details. We receive order information such as your name, email address, and purchase details in order to fulfil your order and provide customer support. Shopify's handling of your data is governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy.

1.6 Information Collected Through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Lead Ads

When you submit an application or enquiry through one of our Meta Lead Ad forms, Meta collects and transfers that information to us. This may include information pre-filled from your Facebook or Instagram profile (such as your name, email, and phone number) in addition to the answers you provide. We're notified when you apply, and we access your responses directly through Meta's platform (including by exporting them) to follow up with you. This data becomes subject to this Privacy Policy once it reaches us. Meta's own handling of this data before it reaches us is governed by Meta's Data Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and applications
• Assess your fit for our programs and services, and follow up with you (including by phone, email, or SMS)
• Process and fulfil template purchases
• Deliver the services you've engaged us for
